Day Nursery and Pre-school Manager

Tiny Toes Day Nursery, Southampton, Hampshire

Full-time, 45 hours per week – 52 weeks per year

Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 pa ( experience dependant) plus annual targeted bonus.

6 weeks holiday plus additional benefits.

Progressive, inquisitive, effective and highly Competent Day Nursery Manager needed – RARE OPPORTUNITY.

The position is in a large 100+ setting in Southampton, Hampshire but within 12 months we will have a further 2 x 100+ settings.

The position will suit someone who is currently a manager of a single setting, wanting to progress to a larger setting, or a dissatisfied regional/group manager looking for a fresh growth challenge with innovative and supportive owners. 

This position will excite someone who can lead well, enable the relevant delivery of the EYFS throughout the setting(s), in an exceptional manner, and make an effective difference to early years children.

In this role you will be a key contributor to the decision-making processes within the settings, taking day-to-day responsibility for the educational side and reporting directly to the proactive owners. You will ideally have a relevant degree or very extensive experience and more than a passing working knowledge and interest in SEND (as there is an opportunity  – but not mandatory – to partake in the start of a neurodiverse charity focused on early years children with ASD – and the support of their Parents).
